2008 PRICE LIST

The Cottage changeover day is Saturday

A ll prices are inclusive . 

COUPLES DISCOUNT : September to June inclusive, we offer 20% discount for couples, but excludes booking for Christmas, New Year, Easter, Spring Bank Holiday and October Half Term.

(Christmas and New Year may vary from this, so please check with us first)

DEPOSIT : A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total rent is required on booking and we can only hold bookings for 5 days without a deposit.

THE BALANCE due 4 weeks prior to arrival or full payment (if less than 4 weeks to your holiday).

All cheques should be made payable to “Mary C. Guild”

SHORT BREAKS : can be booked in advance between October 27th and April 29th 2007 and between October 25th and April 26th 2008 (excluding Christmas, New Year, Half Term and Easter). For the remainder of the year they may only be booked within two weeks of the holiday date.

The price for up to 3 nights is 60% of the normal charge for that week, and extra nights are 10% of the normal weekly charge.
